The Contact Engagement Score is a numeric indicator that shows how actively a contact is interacting with your business, helping you prioritize Opportunities based on real engagement.

What the Contact Engagement Score Is

The Contact Engagement Score measures how engaged a contact is based on their interactions across Kyrios.

  • Displayed as a number (for example: 0, 11, 12)

  • Higher scores indicate higher engagement

  • Calculated automatically by Kyrios

  • Read-only (cannot be manually edited)

Each Opportunity reflects the Engagement Score of its associated contact.


Where You Can See the Engagement Score

Opportunity Table View

The Engagement Score can be shown as a column in the Opportunities table.

  • Appears alongside other Opportunity fields such as Status and Owner

  • Useful for scanning and sorting Opportunities by engagement level


Opportunity Card View

The Engagement Score is also visible directly on individual Opportunity cards.

  • Displayed within the Opportunity details panel

  • Helps assess engagement without leaving the pipeline view


Customizing Opportunity Views to Show Engagement Score

You can include the Engagement Score in both tables and cards.

  • Opportunity tables: add Engagement Score as a visible column

  • Opportunity cards: enable Engagement Score in card settings

This allows each team to tailor their workspace around engagement-driven selling.


Engagement Score in Data Exports

The Contact Engagement Score is included in all Opportunity exports.

  • Available in CSV/XLSX exports

  • Can be used for reporting, forecasting, or external analysis

  • Matches the Engagement Score shown in the UI


Important Availability Rule

The Contact Engagement Score follows a strict timing rule:

  • Only appears for Opportunities created or updated after March 19, 2025

  • Older Opportunities will automatically display the score once they are updated

  • No manual backfill is required


FAQ

What does a higher Engagement Score mean?

A higher score means the contact is interacting more frequently or recently with your business, indicating higher sales readiness.


Can I manually change a Contact Engagement Score?

No. The Engagement Score is calculated automatically by Kyrios and cannot be edited.


Why don’t I see an Engagement Score on some Opportunities?

If an Opportunity was created or last updated before March 19, 2025, the Engagement Score will not appear until the Opportunity is updated.


Is the Engagement Score based on the Opportunity or the contact?

The score belongs to the contact and is displayed on each Opportunity associated with that contact.


Is the Engagement Score available in reports?

Yes. It is included in Opportunity exports and can be used in external reporting tools.
