Updated over 3 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This update is for sales teams, account managers, and admins who want a faster way to identify high-intent Opportunities and focus follow-up efforts based on actual customer engagement.

What Is the Contact Engagement Score

The Contact Engagement Score is a calculated metric that reflects how engaged a contact is based on their interactions across Kyrios, such as messages, activity, and responses.

When displayed on an Opportunity, the score provides immediate context about deal health and customer interest without opening the full contact record.

Where the Contact Engagement Score Appears

On Opportunity Cards

The Contact Engagement Score can be displayed directly on Opportunity cards, allowing teams to visually compare engagement levels across deals in the pipeline.

This helps prioritize follow-ups and identify Opportunities that need attention at a glance.

In Opportunity Tables

The Contact Engagement Score can also be shown as a column in Opportunity table views, enabling sorting and filtering based on engagement level.

This is useful for sales reviews, pipeline analysis, and identifying the most engaged contacts quickly.

How to Add the Engagement Score to Opportunity Views

You can customize both Opportunity cards and tables to include the Contact Engagement Score.

Steps:

  1. Open your Opportunities pipeline.

  2. Click Customize View (or equivalent view settings).

  3. Enable Contact Engagement Score as a visible field.

  4. Save the view.

Once enabled, the Engagement Score appears automatically for all eligible Opportunities.

Contact Engagement Score in Data Exports

The Contact Engagement Score is included in all Opportunity data exports, ensuring engagement insights are available in external reports, spreadsheets, and analysis tools.

This allows teams to combine engagement data with revenue, stage, and conversion metrics.
