What the Action Does
When this action runs, Kyrios:
Adds or subtracts a defined number of points
Updates the contact’s Engagement Score immediately
Does not notify the contact (internal metric only)
Step 1: Open or Create a Workflow
Go to Automation
Select Workflows
Click Create Workflow or open an existing one
Step 2: Add the Modify Contact Engagement Score Action
In the workflow canvas, click the + icon
Select Add Action
Search for Modify Contact Engagement Score
Click to add the action
Step 3: Configure the Action
Complete the required fields:
Action Name
Internal name for identifying this step
Adjustment
Choose one option:
Add – increases the score
Subtract – decreases the score
Points
Enter the numeric value to add or subtract
