Use this action if you want to:
Automatically assign sales reps, account managers, or support users to contacts
Ensure internal stakeholders receive updates on specific contacts
Standardize follower assignment based on workflow events
What the Action Does
When this action runs, Kyrios:
Adds selected users as followers on the contact
Does not create duplicate followers if the user is already following
Applies immediately when the workflow reaches this step
Step 1: Open or Create a Workflow
Go to Automation
Click Workflows
Select an existing workflow or click Create Workflow
Step 2: Add the Add Contact Followers Action
In the workflow canvas, click the + icon
Select Add Action
Search for Add Contact Followers
Click to add the action
Step 3: Configure the Action
(Optional) Rename the action for clarity
Open the Followers dropdown
Select one or more users to add as followers
Only internal users can be added as followers.
Step 4: Save the Action
Click Save Action
The workflow will proceed to the next step or end
