What Is Revenue Analytics

Revenue Analytics is part of the Analytics section and focuses on one-time purchase revenue, including offers created inside Memberships.

It allows you to:

  • View net revenue trends over time

  • Break down revenue by purchase channel

  • Analyze top-performing offers

  • Compare up to four offers side by side

How to Access Revenue Analytics

  1. Open the left navigation menu.

  2. Go to Analytics.

  3. Click Revenue Analytics.

This opens the Net Revenue dashboard by default.

Net Revenue Dashboard (Default View)

The Net Revenue tab shows revenue generated from one-time purchases.

What you can see:

  • Revenue plotted over time (line or bar chart)

  • Daily revenue values

  • Revenue grouped by purchase channel

Chart options:

  • Switch between Line Chart and Bar Chart

  • Adjust the date range (for example, Last 7 Days or Last 30 Days)

Filtering Revenue Data

You can filter revenue data to focus on specific sources.

Available filters:

  • Date range

  • Purchase Channel (up to 4 selections)

    • Membership Checkout

    • Funnel Checkout

    • Upsell Checkout

Filters help isolate where revenue is coming from.

Membership Transaction Tracking

Revenue Analytics includes revenue from offers created in Memberships.

How membership data is structured:

  • All membership payments appear under Payments → Transactions

  • Transactions can be filtered by Source Type = Membership

  • Both one-time and recurring payments are included

Related areas:

  • Payments → Subscriptions: Displays active and past subscriptions

  • Payments → Products: Shows products/prices created from membership offers

This ensures all revenue is tracked in a single reporting system.

Revenue by Offer

The Revenue by Offer section shows how revenue is distributed across offers.

What it displays:

  • Top four offers within the selected date range

  • Total revenue per offer

  • Units sold per offer

  • Percentage contribution to total revenue

This view helps identify your highest-performing offers.

Compare Offers

The Compare Offers option allows side-by-side analysis.

How it works:

  1. Click Compare Offers.

  2. Select up to four offers.

  3. View revenue trends for each offer on the same chart.

This is useful for evaluating campaigns, pricing changes, or offer performance.
