What Is Ask AI for Email Campaigns
Ask AI is a conversational assistant that walks you through every required step to create an email campaign.
Instead of filling out multiple forms, you answer questions in chat and Ask AI handles the setup for you.
How the Ask AI Email Campaign Flow Works
1. Domain Check and Setup
Ask AI automatically checks whether your email sending domain is verified.
If a domain is unverified, Ask AI prompts you to select an existing domain or add a new one
You can choose to skip domain setup and continue
2. Campaign Details Collection
Ask AI collects the core campaign details through chat prompts.
You’ll be asked for:
Campaign name
Campaign description or offer
Primary goal (for example, re-engagement or sales)
Ask AI confirms each input before moving forward.
3. Audience Selection
Ask AI helps you choose who should receive the campaign.
You can select from:
Pre-built segments (for example, engaged in last 7 days)
Contacts with specific tags
SmartLists
Ask AI confirms the selected audience before continuing.
4. Campaign Summary and Confirmation
Before creating the campaign, Ask AI shows a complete summary.
The summary includes:
Campaign name
Description
Goal
Audience
Send timing
You can confirm, edit, or cancel at this step.
5. Campaign Creation and Review Link
Once confirmed, Ask AI creates the campaign and provides a direct review link.
From there, you can:
Edit email content
Preview the email
Schedule or send immediately
The generated link respects the account’s whitelabel domain automatically.
