You can now customize event reminder emails sent from Communities, giving you full control over messaging, branding, and tone.

Customizable Event Reminder Emails

You can now create and manage custom email templates for Community event reminders.

Use this to:

  • Personalize event reminder content

  • Match your brand voice and styling

  • Edit existing templates or create new ones from scratch

How to Customize Event Reminder Emails

  1. Go to Client Portal

  2. Navigate to Memberships → Settings

  3. Open Email Settings

  4. Select Communities

  5. Click Event Reminder Email

From here, you can edit or create templates used for event reminder notifications.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

We’ve also made several improvements to enhance reliability and usability across Communities:

Events & Notifications

  • Improved recurring event accuracy, resolving rare edge cases

  • Fixed an issue where recurring events were not deleting correctly

  • Resolved notification delivery issues for both in-app and email alerts

Messaging & Posts

  • Fixed an issue preventing files from opening when sent in messages

  • Resolved image expansion issues in community posts

  • Fixed GIF bar input behavior in community posts

UI & Navigation

  • Enabled clicking the community name in the web navbar to return to the home page

  • Improved community cover image sizing

  • Fixed course thumbnail dimension issues on the Learning page
