What Migrating Does
Migrating a domain to Cloudflare through Kyrios:
Updates your domain’s DNS routing to Cloudflare
Does not change your funnel/website content or settings inside Kyrios
Benefits of Migrating to Cloudflare
Speed: Kyrios funnels/websites can load faster (Kyrios estimates ~15% improvement).
Security: Improved protection (including DDoS mitigation).
Caching: Faster repeat visits via optimized caching.
SSL: Cloudflare provides SSL after migration (your site remains HTTPS).
Option 1: One-Click Migration (Domain Connect)
Step 1: Start Migration
Go to Settings → Domains & URL Redirectors.
Find the domain you want to migrate.
Click Migrate domain.
Step 2: Complete the Domain Connect Prompts
Enter/confirm the domain or subdomain in the migration popup.
Click Continue.
Follow the on-screen authorization prompts from your domain provider (Domain Connect).
Step 3: Confirm Migration
After authorization completes, Kyrios applies the DNS updates automatically and your domain is now routed through Cloudflare.
Option 2: Manual Migration (Unsupported Providers)
Use this option if your provider does not support Domain Connect.
Step 1: Start Migration
Go to Settings → Domains & URL Redirectors.
Click Migrate domain for the domain you want to migrate.
Step 2: Add DNS Records at Your Domain Provider
Add/update these DNS records in your domain provider’s DNS settings:
CNAME → point to:
sites.ludicrious.cloudApex (root) A record → point to:
162.159.140.166
Step 3: Authorize the Domain in Kyrios
Return to the Kyrios migration screen.
Confirm the DNS values shown match what you added at your provider.
Click Authorize domain.
Step 4: Confirm Migration
Once Kyrios verifies the DNS updates, your domain is successfully migrated to Cloudflare.
Common Issues and Fixes
“Authorize domain” fails
Cause: DNS records were not added correctly or haven’t propagated yet.
Fix:
Confirm the CNAME points to
sites.ludicrious.cloudConfirm the Apex A record points to
162.159.140.166Wait for DNS propagation, then try Authorize domain again
Domain Connect doesn’t appear or can’t be completed
Cause: Your provider may not support Domain Connect for this domain.
Fix: Use Option 2: Manual Migration.
Will my funnel/website break?
Answer: No. Migration updates DNS routing only. Your Kyrios funnel/website configuration remains the same.
