Template Behavior in Workflows
Editing a template inside a workflow affects only that workflow
Template “Updated At” dates match the Templates section
Global template updates must be synced from Email Templates
Syncing replaces the entire email and applies only to new email actions
Common Issues and Fixes
Email Formatting Looks Broken
Use the Text Wrap tool after pasting content
CC/BCC Not Showing in Stats
This is expected behavior; CC/BCC is excluded from analytics
Template Changes Affected the Wrong Workflow
Always use Save as New Template inside workflows
