Who This Is For / When to Use
This article is for Kyrios users who manage workflows and need visibility into automation performance. Use the dashboard to track enrollments, analyze trigger effectiveness, identify errors, and review workflow trends over time.
What the Workflow Overview Dashboard Shows
The Workflow Overview Dashboard consolidates key workflow metrics into a single view, allowing users to measure performance, spot trends, and identify workflows that require attention without editing live automations.
Total Workflow and Enrollment Metrics
The dashboard displays high-level metrics showing the total number of workflows, published workflows, and total enrollments across the account. These metrics provide an immediate snapshot of overall automation usage and scale.
Workflow Enrollments Over Time
The enrollment chart visualizes how many contacts enter workflows over time, displayed by week. This helps identify growth patterns, drops in engagement, or unusual spikes that may indicate configuration changes or trigger issues.
Trigger Analysis Filter
The Trigger Analysis Filter allows users to evaluate how specific trigger types are performing.
Users can:
Filter by trigger type
View attempted enrollments
See matched vs. unmatched enrollments
This helps identify triggers that are misfiring or failing to match contacts as expected.
Error Review Summary
The Error Review Summary highlights workflows that contain errors or failed logic.
Each listed workflow shows:
The workflow name
The most recent error
When the error last occurred
Clicking Needs Review opens a list of affected workflows so issues can be investigated and resolved.
Custom Date Range and Timezone Alignment
The dashboard supports custom date ranges, allowing users to analyze workflow data over specific periods. All metrics are displayed using the account’s local timezone to ensure accurate interpretation.
