This update is for users who build or maintain workflows and want to edit actions faster with fewer clicks. It is most useful when reorganizing workflows, duplicating steps, or cleaning up actions during active builds.
What Changed in the Workflow Builder
You can now right-click any action block in the Workflow Builder to open a quick action menu directly at your cursor. This replaces the need to move to the three-dot menu for common edits and significantly reduces navigation time during workflow creation.
What You Can Do from the Right-Click Menu
Right-clicking an action block opens a context menu with commonly used workflow controls. These options apply to the selected action and, when available, to all actions below it.
