Create a Course Product
A course product contains the course title, description, thumbnail, pricing setup, and course content. To create a course product:
Go to Memberships.
Open Courses.
Click Products.
Start from Scratch
After opening Courses → Products:
Click Create New.
Select Start from scratch.
Use Start from scratch when you want to create a new course manually.
Add Course Details
Enter the basic course information. Required setup includes:
Add a Course Title.
Add a Course Description.
Upload a course thumbnail.
Set the pricing option.
Click Create Course.
Pricing options may include:
Free
Recurring
One Time
Build Course Content
After the course is created, Kyrios opens the course editor. Use the course editor to build or edit the course structure. The course editor includes:
A left panel for modules, lessons, quizzes, assignments, credentials, and community groups
A main workspace for editing selected course items
Content controls for adding modules, lessons, quizzes, and assignments
Add Course Content
To add content:
Open the course.
Click Add Content.
Choose the content type you want to add.
Available content options may include:
Module
Sub-module
Lesson
Quiz
Assignment
Welcome Badge
Credential
Use modules and sub-modules to organize the course. Use lessons, quizzes, and assignments to deliver the actual learning content.
Create an Offer
An offer controls how learners access the course. To create an offer:
Go to Memberships.
Open Courses.
Click Offers.
Click Create Offer.
Add Offer Details
When the Add Offers modal opens:
Enter the Offer Title.
Select the course product.
Choose the offer type.
Add a price text override if needed.
Click Save.
The offer must include a course product before learners can access course content through the offer.
Publish the Offer from the Offer Editor
After creating the offer, open the offer editor.
To publish the offer:
Open the offer.
Use the status dropdown.
Change the offer from Draft to Published.
Save the offer.
A draft offer is not ready for public access.
Publish the Offer from the Offers List
You can also update visibility directly from the offers list.
To publish from the list:
Go to Courses → Offers.
Find the offer.
Open the Visibility dropdown.
Select Published.
Return to the Offers Page
To manage or share an offer later:
Go to Memberships.
Open Courses.
Click Offers.
The Offers page displays each offer, product count, type, price, visibility, and action icons.
Copy the Offer Link
Use the offer link to share the course checkout or access page.
To copy the offer link:
Go to Courses → Offers.
Click the link icon for the offer.
Click Copy in the Offer Preview Link modal.
Share the copied link through email, social media, a website, or a campaign.
Common Issues and Fixes
Learners cannot access the course
Confirm that the course is assigned to an offer and the offer is published.
The offer link is not ready to share
Confirm that the offer status is Published. Draft offers should not be shared publicly.
The course appears incomplete
Open the course editor and confirm that modules, lessons, quizzes, or assignments have been added and published as needed.
The wrong course is connected to the offer
Open the offer details and verify the selected product under Products.

Do I need an offer to sell or share a course?
Yes. A course product contains the course content, but an offer controls access, pricing, and the shareable link.
Can I create a free course?
Yes. Select a free pricing option when creating the course or offer.
Can I publish an offer after creating it?
Yes. You can publish the offer from the offer editor or directly from the Offers list.
Where do I get the course link to share?
Go to Courses → Offers, click the link icon for the offer, and copy the Offer Preview Link.
Can I add lessons after the course is created?
Yes. Open the course editor and use Add Content to add modules, lessons, quizzes, assignments, and other supported content.
