What the Typeform Integration Does
The Typeform integration connects a Typeform account to Kyrios Workflows.
After Typeform is connected, Kyrios can:
Start workflows when a form is submitted
Create or duplicate Typeform forms
Search and use past responses inside workflows

Connect Typeform from Settings
Use this method to connect Typeform before building workflows.
Go to Settings
Select Integrations
Locate Typeform
Click Connect
Sign in to Typeform
Authorize Kyrios
Open Workflows
Go to Automation
Select Workflows
Open an existing workflow or click Create Workflow
Add the Typeform New Entry Trigger
In the workflow builder, click Add New Trigger
Search for Typeform
Under Installed Apps, select Typeform
Choose New Entry
Connect Typeform from a Workflow Trigger
If Typeform is not already connected:
Click Connect Now
Sign in to Typeform
Authorize access
Return and save the trigger
Configure and Test the New Entry Trigger
Select New Entry as the trigger
Choose the Typeform form
Click Test Trigger
Submit the form once
Confirm data is detected
Save the trigger
After testing, form questions can be mapped into workflow fields.

Click the + icon to add an action
Search for Typeform
Select an action
Configure required fields
Click Save Action

Goal: Run different actions based on form answers.
Workflow Structure:

Common Issues and Fixes
Typeform does not appear in triggers
Connect Typeform in Settings → Integrations, then reload the workflow builder.
Trigger test does not detect data
Submit the Typeform after clicking Test Trigger. A new submission is required.
Typeform action fails
Check Execution Logs. Common issues:
Invalid form selection
Expired authorization
Missing permissions
Fields are not available for mapping
Run Test Trigger again and submit a fresh form response.
