Step 1: Install the Plugin
Navigate to Plugins
Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
From the left sidebar, go to Plugins and click Add New.

In the search bar on the top-right, type LeadConnector.
Install the Plugin
Locate the LeadConnector plugin and click Install Now.
Activate the Plugin
After installation completes, click Activate.
Step 2: Configure the Plugin
Open LeadConnector Settings
In the WordPress sidebar, click Lead Connector to open plugin settings.
Locate Your API Key
In your account, go to Settings → Business Profile.
Scroll to the bottom to find the API Key.
Copy the API Key
Click the copy icon next to the API key.
Paste and Save the API Key
Return to WordPress.
Paste the API key into the LeadConnector Settings page and click Save.
Step 3: Enable the Chat Widget
Enable Chat Widget in WordPress
In LeadConnector Settings, expand Chat Widget and enable Enable Chat-widget, then click Save.
Configure the Chat Widget
In your account, go to Webchat for your website.
Customize widget appearance, language, and chat type.
Step 4: Embed a Funnel Page
Open Funnels in WordPress
In LeadConnector Settings, expand Funnels and click Add New.
Add a Funnel Page
In the Add New Page modal:
Choose the funnel
Select the funnel step
Select Embed Full Page iFrame or Redirect to Funnel URL
Configure slug and tracking options
Click Save Page
Step 5: Verify the Setup
Preview the Funnel
Open the newly created WordPress page to confirm the funnel loads correctly.
Check the Chat Widget
Visit your website homepage.
The chat widget should appear in the bottom-right corner.
Common Issues and Fixes
Plugin Does Not Connect
Confirm the API key is correct
Click Save after pasting the key
Ensure the key is copied from the Business Profile
Chat Widget Not Appearing
Verify that Enable Chat-widget is checked
Ensure at least one chat widget exists
