Who This Is For / When to Use

Use the Rescheduled tag if you need to:

  • Quickly identify appointments that were moved to a new date or time

  • Understand the original schedule of a rescheduled appointment

  • Filter, review, or act on rescheduled appointments

  • Use reschedule data in workflows or reporting

What the Rescheduled Tag Is

The Rescheduled tag is an automatic indicator applied to an appointment when its scheduled date or time is changed.

When an appointment is rescheduled:

  • A Rescheduled tag appears

  • The system records the previous date and time

  • The appointment remains otherwise unchanged

No manual action is required to apply this tag.

Where the Rescheduled Tag Appears

Appointment List View

In the Appointment List View:

  • Rescheduled appointments are labeled with a Rescheduled tag

  • This allows quick scanning and identification of changed bookings

Appointment Modal

In the appointment modal:

  • The Rescheduled tag is displayed near the appointment time

  • The previous date and time are shown for reference

This helps you understand exactly what changed.

Appointment Data: “Is Rescheduled” Field

Kyrios stores a dedicated Is Rescheduled field in appointment data.

This field is used to:

  • Identify rescheduled appointments in the UI

  • Enable filtering and Smart Lists

  • Power conditional logic in workflows

The field is updated automatically whenever an appointment is rescheduled.

How the Rescheduled Tag Is Used Across Kyrios

The Rescheduled tag and data field can be used in:

  • Appointment filters
Filter appointments based on whether they were rescheduled.

  • Smart Lists
Create saved views that surface only rescheduled appointments.

  • Workflows (If/Else conditions)
Branch automation logic based on reschedule status.

Important Notes

  • The Rescheduled tag applies only when an appointment’s date or time changes.

  • Status changes alone (for example, Confirmed or Cancelled) do not trigger the tag.

  • The tag reflects the most recent reschedule event.

  • Previous dates are visible only in the appointment modal, not in list columns.
