Use the Video element if you:
Build Funnels or Websites
Want to embed YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, or hosted videos
Need playback controls or engagement tracking
Adding a Video Element
Open your Funnel or Website.
In the page editor, click the + icon on the left.
Select Video from the Elements panel.
Drag and drop the Video element onto the page.
Video Settings Overview
The Video element has two settings tabs:
General – Video source, playback behavior, and tracking options
Styles – Visual appearance and responsiveness
Selecting a Video Type
In the General tab, choose a Video Type:
YouTube
Vimeo
Wistia
Hosted Video
Custom Embed
HTML5
Paste the video URL or select a hosted file. The video loads immediately when configured correctly.
General Video Settings
Use General settings to control playback behavior:
Auto play (muted by default due to browser restrictions)
Loop
Allow Play/Pause
Allow Playback Speed Control
Show Pending Time
Show Full Screen Toggle
Enable Picture-in-Picture on scroll
Show Progress Bar
Available options vary by Video Type.

Supported playback qualities depend on the uploaded format:
480p

Hosted Video Controls
When using Hosted Video, additional controls are available:
Disable seeking
Control playback speed (0.5×–2×)
Toggle progress bar visibility
Enable or disable user controls
Video Player Colors
You can customize player colors for hosted videos:
Background color
Accent color (play button and progress bar)
Styles Settings
Use Styles to customize appearance:
Borders
Shadows
Width and height
Container size
Visibility (desktop or mobile)
Custom CSS class
Editing Video Size for Mobile
To customize mobile layout:
Switch to Mobile View.
Select the Video element.
Adjust width and height values.
Mobile settings do not affect desktop layout.
Tracking Hosted Video Engagement
Video tracking is available only for Hosted Videos.
Enabling Video Tracking
Open the Video element General settings.
Disable Show Progress Bar.
Enable Redirect Unregistered Visitors.
Select the step or page to redirect visitors.
This enables cookie-based tracking.
Creating a Video Tracking Workflow
Go to Automations > Workflows.
Add a trigger: Video Tracking.
Select the Funnel.
Add a Video filter and select the video.
Add Video duration (%) and set the condition.
Save the trigger.
Note: Video Tracking runs only for existing contacts.
Using Video Tracking for Automation
Based on video engagement, you can:
Send nurture emails
Trigger follow-up actions
Segment contacts by watch percentage
Common Issues and Fixes
Video does not play automatically
Auto-played videos are muted by default due to browser restrictions.
Tracking is not working
Confirm the video is a Hosted Video and the contact already exists.
Progress bar still visible
Disable Show Progress Bar in General settings.
