Available Text Elements
The Site Builder includes five dedicated text elements. Each element serves a specific purpose and should be used accordingly.
Headline
Used for primary, attention-grabbing text.
Typically placed at the top of a page
Communicates the main message or offer
Uses headline typography styles by default
Sub-Headline
Used to support or expand on the headline.
Adds clarity or context
Encourages visitors to continue reading
Visually secondary to the headline
Paragraph
Used for longer-form text.
Ideal for explanations, descriptions, or instructions
Supports full typography and color customization
Best for readable body content
Bullet List
Used to present information concisely.
Highlights features, benefits, or steps
Improves scannability
Supports custom icons
Rich Text
Used for advanced formatting in a single block.
Combine headings, paragraphs, and lists
Apply inline styling (bold, color, links)
Add quotes or code-style formatting
No custom code required
Step 1: Add a Text Element
Open the funnel or site page in the builder.
Click + in the top toolbar.
Select Elements.
Choose a text element (Headline, Sub-Headline, Paragraph, Bullet List, or Rich Text).
Result:
The selected text element is added to the page.
Step 2: Customize Typography Settings
Select a text element and open the General tab.
You can customize:
Font family
Font size
Font weight
Line height
Letter spacing
Text transform
Result:
The text updates instantly based on your typography selections.
Step 3: Adjust Text Colors and Icons
Within the General tab, scroll to Color and Icon settings.
You can customize:
Text color
Bold text color
Italic text color
Underline text color
Link text color
Icon color (for bullet lists)
Result:
Text and icons visually match your brand style.
Step 4: Style Text Using Headline and Paragraph Controls
Different text elements expose different styling options.
Headline elements allow:
Larger font sizes
Weight selection based on font family
Result:
Headlines stand out visually from other text.
Step 5: Enable GDPR-Compliant Fonts (Optional)
To use GDPR-compliant fonts across a funnel:
Exit the page editor.
Open Funnel Settings.
Scroll to GDPR Compliant Fonts.
Enable the toggle.
Important Notes:
Applies to all pages in the funnel
Replaces Google Fonts with GDPR-compliant alternatives
Does not affect fonts loaded via review widgets or custom code
What You Should Know About Text Elements
Each text element is its own block
You cannot mix different text elements on the same line.
Use Rich Text for mixed formatting
If you need headings, colors, and links in one area, use the Rich Text element.
Font weight availability varies
Available weights depend on the selected font family.
Common Issues and Fixes
Font weight options are missing
Switch to a font family that supports multiple weights.
Text does not appear bold
Ensure pre-formatted bold text is deselected before applying font weight.
Cannot mix text types in one area
Use the Rich Text element instead of multiple text blocks.
