Step 1: Add the Domain to the Destination Account
Log in to the destination account.
Navigate to Domain Registration → Register Domains or Connect a Domain.
Enter the domain name you want to transfer.
Continue to plan selection.
Step 2: Select a Plan for the Domain
Choose a plan (Free or paid).
Confirm the selection.
Selecting a plan is required before a transfer request can be accepted.
Step 3: Review and Match DNS Records
Review the DNS records detected during the scan.
Compare them with the DNS records currently in use.
Manually add, edit, or remove records so they match exactly.
Important Rules
Proxy or routing features must be turned off.
Do not change nameservers at this stage.
Step 4: Continue DNS Review and Activation
Confirm DNS records are correct.
Click Continue to activation.
This step prepares the destination account to receive the domain.
Step 5: Replace Nameservers (If Prompted)
Follow the on-screen instructions to replace nameservers if required.
Save changes at the registrar.
Return to the dashboard and continue.
Nameserver updates usually do not cause downtime when DNS records match.
Step 6: Locate the Destination Account Identifier
Open the account dashboard.
Locate the account identifier in the URL or account settings.
Copy the full alphanumeric identifier.
This identifier is required to initiate the transfer from the source account.
Step 7: Transfer Is Initiated From the Source Account
The source account submits the transfer request using the destination account identifier.
No DNS changes should be made during this time.
Step 8: Approve the Incoming Transfer
Log in to the destination account.
Go to Domain Registration → Manage Domains.
Locate the pending transfer.
Click Accept.
Step 9: Domain Status Updates to Active
The domain status changes to Active once the transfer completes.
Completion typically occurs within 24 hours after approval.
Temporary “Invalid Nameservers” Status
After transfer, the domain may briefly show an Invalid Nameservers status.
This is usually a propagation delay.

Wait a few hours.
Refresh the domain status.
Take no action unless the status persists beyond 24 hours.
