Use Members Analytics when you need to understand how members engage with your courses, identify inactive members, or review individual learning progress.
What Members Analytics Shows
Members Analytics provides a list-based view of all members with engagement and progress indicators.
Each row represents one member and includes:
Member since (join date)
Last accessed date
Login count
Total products assigned
Access to detailed member progress
How to Access Members Analytics
Go to Memberships.
Hover over Courses.
Click Analytics.
Select Members Analytics.
Search and Filter Members
Use filters to narrow results by engagement and activity.
You can:
Search members by email
Filter the list to isolate specific segments
View Individual Member Progress
Click the eye icon on a member row to open detailed progress tracking.
This view shows:
Product-level progress
Category-level completion
Lesson and post completion status
Track Product and Category Progress
Inside a member profile, you can switch between products and categories.
This allows you to:
Compare progress across products
Identify stalled categories
Review completion percentages
Mark Lessons or Posts as Complete
Admins can manually mark lessons or posts as complete for a member.
Use this when:
Progress was completed offline
Manual correction is required
Review Login Activity
The Logins column shows how often a member has accessed the platform.
Use this to:
Identify inactive members
Trigger follow-up workflows
Update Member Offers
You can update which offers are assigned to a member directly from their progress view.
This allows you to:
Add or remove access
Adjust entitlements without leaving analytic
Common Issues and Fixes
No members appear in the list
Ensure the account has active members and assigned products.
Progress shows 0% unexpectedly
Confirm lessons are marked complete or not locked by drip rules.
