Business Profile Settings

Controls your core business identity and compliance details.

General Information

Configure your business name, logo, email, phone number, branded domain, website, niche, currency, and API key.

Business Physical Address

Set the official address used for billing, compliance, and messaging regulations.

Authorized Representative

Enter the legal representative’s name, email, role, and phone number.

General Settings

  • Merge Facebook contacts by name

  • Disable contact timezone

  • Verify email address on first send

  • Email bot detection

Email Bot Detection

Prevents bots from inflating email opens, clicks, and triggering automations. This setting is off by default.


My Profile

Controls individual user preferences and credentials.

Personal Data

Edit name, email, phone, extension, calendar, language, and email signature.

Change Password

Update your login password.

Sign Out Everywhere

Logs you out of all devices and sessions.

Email (2‑Way Sync)

Sync inbound and outbound email with Gmail or Outlook.

Calendar Configuration
