What Is a Custom 404 Error Page
A custom 404 error page is a funnel step or website page that appears when a visitor reaches a URL that does not exist.
In Kyrios, this page behaves like any other site page and can include branding, messaging, buttons, and links.
Prerequisites
Before assigning a custom 404 page:
Your domain must be connected
Your 404 page must already be created in Funnels or Websites
Step 1: Create a 404 Page
Go to Sites (Funnels or Websites).
Create a new page or funnel step.
Design the page as your 404 error page.
Save and publish the page.
This page will later be selectable as your 404/Error Page.
Step 2: Open Domain Settings
Go to Settings.
Select Domains.
Locate the connected domain.
Click the three-dot menu.
Select Edit.
Step 3: Assign the 404/Error Page
In the Edit Domain modal:
Locate Set default 404/Error Page.
Select the page you created for 404 handling.
Click Save.
Step 4: Confirm Behavior
Once saved:
Any invalid or broken URL on that domain will automatically redirect visitors to your custom 404 page.
No additional configuration is required.
