Ad Templates let you save ad content and reuse it to quickly create new ad campaigns without starting from scratch.

Use templates when you plan to reuse the same structure, messaging, or creative style for future ads.

What Is an Ad Template?

An Ad Template stores:

  • Platform selection

  • Ad copy and creative inputs

  • Campaign structure

Templates do not automatically publish ads. They are reusable starting points for new campaigns.

How to Create an Ad Template

Step 1: Open the Template Builder

  1. Navigate to the Ads section

  2. Click the Palette icon on the left-hand side

Step 2: Choose a Platform

  1. Select the ad platform you want to create the template for
    (example: Facebook, Google, Instagram)

Each template is platform-specific.

Step 3: Add Your Content

  1. Follow the on-screen steps to add:

    • Headlines

    • Descriptions

    • Creative assets

    • Other ad inputs

  2. Click Done to save the template

Where to Find Saved Templates

All saved templates appear on the Templates page.

From this page, you can:

  • View existing templates

  • Select a template

  • Create a new ad campaign using that template at any time

How to Use a Template to Create an Ad

  1. Open the Templates page

  2. Select a saved template

  3. Start a new ad campaign using the pre-filled content

  4. Make any final adjustments and publish

Common Issues and Fixes

I Don’t See My Template

  • Confirm you clicked Done when creating it

  • Check that you are viewing templates for the correct platform

My Template Isn’t Updating Existing Ads

  • Templates only apply to new ads

  • Existing ads are not changed automatically

I Want Different Versions of a Template

  • Create multiple templates with different:

    • Offers

    • Copy styles

    • Creative formats
