Why Auto-Post Matters
Auto-post enables continuous content delivery without manual effort.
When enabled:
Content is generated and scheduled automatically
Social accounts remain consistently active
There are no gaps in posting
Auto-post is the primary mechanism for maintaining consistent social media fulfillment.
Step 1: Open the Auto-Post Tab
Navigate to the Auto-Post tab inside the Social Content Engine.
Step 2: Enable Auto-Post
Toggle auto-post to Enabled.
This activates automatic content generation and scheduling.
Step 3: Select Content Type
Choose the type of content to generate.
Available options:
Hybrid Mix (Recommended): Combination of educational and brand awareness content
Educational Carousels: Multi-slide educational posts
Brand Awareness: Single-image brand-focused posts
Hybrid Mix is recommended for balanced variety and engagement.
Step 4: Select Template
Choose a template for carousel-based content.
Ensure the template aligns the most with your brand’s:
Visual style
Layout preferences
Step 5: Add Avatar (Optional)
Add a brand avatar if applicable.
Options:
Select an existing avatar
Create a new avatar in the Avatars tab
Use this when the brand has a recognizable face or spokesperson.
Step 6: Configure Posting Schedule
Define when content will be published.
Set the following:
Days: Select posting days (e.g., Monday–Friday)
Times: Set posting times (e.g., 10:00 AM)
Timezone: Ensure the correct timezone for the account
Accurate scheduling ensures consistent and timely posting.
Step 7: Select Social Accounts
Choose which connected social accounts will receive auto-posted content.
Only connected accounts in the Social Planner will appear.
Step 8: Save Configuration
Click Save Configuration to activate auto-post.
Once saved, the system begins generating and scheduling content automatically.
What Happens After Enabling
After auto-post is enabled:
Content is continuously generated
Posts are automatically scheduled in the Social Planner
Content is published based on the defined schedule
Post statuses include:
Scheduled: Queued for future publishing
Published: Already posted automatically
The system maintains a consistent posting pipeline without manual input.
Common Issues and Fixes
No posts appearing
Confirm auto-post is enabled
Verify social accounts are connected
Check that a schedule is configured
Incorrect posting times
Review timezone settings
Adjust scheduled times and save configuration again

Do I need to manually create content after enabling auto-post?
No. Content is generated and scheduled automatically. However, you can always create and schedule additional campaigns.

What happens if I disable auto-post?
New content will stop generating and scheduling. Existing scheduled posts will remain unless manually removed.
