How to Use
For Store Owners
Setting Up a Digital Product
Go to Payments > Products and create or select a product.
Navigate to Payments > Inventory, then select the product.
Under Shipping and Delivery, choose Digital as the product type.
Use Click to Upload to upload digital files.
Maximum: 10 files
File size limit: 100 MB per file
For multiple files, upload a single ZIP file under 100 MB.
Click Save after uploading files.
Digital Products Delivery Options
Option 1: Delivery Through Email
Go to Payments > Settings > Notifications.
Enable the Order Confirmation Email toggle.
After checkout, customers receive an email containing an Access Downloads button.
Clicking the button redirects the customer to the Customer Access Center.
Customers log in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to their email.
Option 2: Download Button on the Thank You Page
Store owners can add a Download Digital Products button directly to the Thank You page.
Steps:
Go to Store Settings.
Edit the Thank You Page.
Enable the Download Digital Products toggle.
Customize the button text and colors.
Save and publish the changes.
Important Requirements
A connected domain is required.
The default page must link to a store page for the button to function.
For Customers
Purchasing and Receiving Your Digital Product
Customers can:
Browse the store catalog.
Add a digital product to the cart.
Complete checkout using an online payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported for digital products.
Automated Fulfillment of Digital Products
Digital products are automatically fulfilled after successful payment.
Fulfillment details remain blank for digital-only items.

Customers can also access downloads by visiting:

Login is required to view and download purchased digital products.
Important Notes
Order Requirements
Digital product delivery is supported only for e-commerce store orders.
If a physical product is purchased using COD, any digital upsell products must be paid for using an online payment method.
Payment Methods
COD is not available for digital products.
Digital upsells paired with COD physical products require separate online payment.
Shipping Fees
Digital products do not incur shipping fees.
Physical products follow standard shipping rates.
