What Prompts Control in Conversation AI
Prompts shape the AI bot’s behavior across three required sections:
Personality – Who the bot is and how it should behave.
Intent – The primary goal of the conversation.
Additional Information – Rules, context, and constraints the bot must follow.
Each section is read independently by the AI and must be explicit and unambiguous.
