How to Test Payments in a Funnel or Website

This article explains how to switch a Funnel or Website into Test mode and safely test payments and automations without charging real cards.

How Test Mode Works

When Test mode is enabled:

  • No real payments are processed

  • All real credit cards are declined

  • Test card numbers can be used safely

  • Orders created in Test mode do not collect money

Test mode is applied per Funnel or Website and does not affect others.

Part 1: Put a Funnel or Website Into Test Mode

Follow these steps to enable Test mode.

  1. Go to Sites in your Kyrios account.

  2. Open the Funnel or Website you want to test.

  3. Click Settings in the top navigation.

  4. Locate Payment mode.

  5. Toggle the switch from Live to Test.

Result:
The Funnel or Website is now in Test mode and ready for payment testing.

Part 2: Submit a Test Order

After enabling Test mode:

  1. Open the Funnel or Website live page or preview.

  2. Complete the checkout form using one of the test card numbers below.

  3. Submit the order to verify:

    • Checkout success

    • Workflow triggers

    • Automation behavior

Orders fail while testing

  • Confirm Payment mode is set to Test

  • Ensure you are using a supported test card number

Real cards are being declined

  • This is expected behavior in Test mode
