How to Add an FAQ to Your Funnel or Website

Learn how to add and customize an FAQ section in a Kyrios funnel or website using the built-in FAQ element.

What’s New

Kyrios allows FAQs to be added using a dedicated FAQ Element with expandable questions, multiple layout styles, and full design controls—no manual formatting required.

Step 1: Open the Funnel or Website Builder

  1. Go to Sites in the left navigation.

  2. Select Funnels or Websites.

  3. Open the funnel or website you want to edit.

  4. Click Edit on the step or page.

Step 2: Add a New Section

  1. Click the + (Add Section) icon.

  2. Choose a section width:

    • Full Width

    • Wide

    • Medium

    • Small

  3. Place the section where the FAQ should appear on the page.

Step 3: Add the FAQ Element

  1. Open Elements from the left panel.

  2. Search for FAQ.

  3. Drag the FAQ element into the section.

  4. Click Add to insert it.

Step 4: Add and Edit FAQ Questions

  1. Click the FAQ element to open settings.

  2. Under FAQ List, select List Item 1.

  3. Enter:

    • Title → Question

    • Content → Answer

  4. Click + to add more questions.

  5. Use the duplicate or delete icons as needed.

Step 5: Choose an FAQ Layout Style

  1. Open the General tab.

  2. Select an FAQ type:

    • Separated – Clear spacing between questions

    • Contained – Boxed accordion layout

    • Simple – Minimal design

This controls how questions expand and collapse.

Step 6: Style the FAQ Section

  1. Open the Styles tab.

  2. Customize:

    • Borders

    • Padding and margins

    • Background color

    • Box shadow

    • Container width

All styling updates are responsive by default.

Step 7: Save and Preview

  1. Click Save.

  2. Preview the page on desktop and mobile.

  3. Confirm:

    • Accordion opens correctly

    • Text is readable on mobile

    • Spacing matches your layout
