Updated over 2 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This report is for account owners, marketers, and managers who want to understand which channels create leads, how those leads enter Kyrios, and which sources contribute to revenue.

Use the Attribution Report when evaluating marketing performance, integrations, or manual lead entry impact.

What the Attribution Report Tracks

The Attribution Report identifies how and where leads are created, including:

  • Kyrios UI (manually created leads)

  • Third-party integrations (Zapier or other inbound tools)

  • Other tracked sources and mediums

It supports both lead count and revenue-based attribution views.

Accessing the Attribution Report

  1. Navigate to Reporting.

  2. Click Attribution Report.

  3. Select a date range at the top of the report.

  4. Choose between First Attribution and Last Attribution as needed.

Attribution Type: First vs Last

  • First Attribution shows where the lead originally came from.

  • Last Attribution shows the most recent source before conversion.

Use First Attribution to measure discovery channels.
Use Last Attribution to measure closing or conversion influence.

Key Metrics Overview

At the top of the report, you will see summary cards:

  • Revenue Closed – Total revenue attributed to the selected sources

  • Won – Number of won opportunities

  • Total Leads – Number of leads attributed in the selected period

These metrics update based on date range and attribution type.

Revenue vs Leads Toggle

You can switch between:

  • Revenue view

  • Leads view

This toggle changes charts and tables to reflect either monetary performance or lead volume.

Leads by Source

The Leads by Source chart shows where leads originate at a high level.

Examples include:

  • Manual (Kyrios UI)

  • Third-party integrations

  • Other sources

This helps identify which sources drive the most inbound activity.

Leads by Medium

The Leads by Medium section breaks leads down further by how they entered the system.

Examples:

  • Form submissions

  • Conversations

  • API or integration-based entries

A table next to the chart shows:

  • Medium category

  • Medium name

  • Total leads per medium

This makes it easy to compare medium performance side by side.

Common Issues and Fixes

Lead Data Appears Incomplete

This usually occurs when attribution data is missing at the point of lead creation.

Fix: Confirm that forms, integrations, and manual entry processes are configured to pass source and medium data correctly.

Leads Showing as “Other”

This means Kyrios could not match the lead to a defined source or medium.

Fix: Review integration mappings and form configurations to ensure attribution fields are populated.
