Enable Sorting and Filtering on the Product List Element
Sorting and filtering are configured directly on the Product List element inside the Site Builder.
Steps
Open the Site Builder for your e-commerce store.
Locate and select the Product List element from the elements panel.
In the element settings:
Toggle Sorting ON.
Toggle Filtering ON.
Customize available sorting options as needed.
Click Save.
Use Preview to confirm how the options appear on the live page.
Result:
Customers can sort and filter products directly on the Product List page.

Default Sorting for the Product List Page
Default sorting controls the initial product order when customers first load the Product List page.
How to Set Default Sorting
Open Product List Page settings.
Choose a default sorting option.
Save changes.

How to Change Columns
Open the Store Builder.
Select the Product List element.
Go to General Settings > Layout Options.
Choose the number of columns:
Minimum: 1
Maximum: 5
Save and publish.
Applies to:
Product List element only.
Display Priority for Product Ordering
Display Priority lets you manually control product order.
How Display Priority Works
Lower numbers = higher priority.
Products with the same priority are sorted alphabetically.
Out-of-stock products always appear at the end.
Updates apply immediately.
Featured Sorting
The Featured sorting option uses Display Priority values.
Featured is the default sorting option for new stores.
Sorting and Filtering Limitations
Sorting and filtering apply only to the Product List page.
Filters are not pre-selected when the page loads.
Customers must manually choose filters.

Products can be sorted by date, alphabetically, or by price, with both ascending and descending options available.
